<p>央视网消息（新闻联播）：在遥远的南极罗斯海，一群来自中国的建设者正在奋力建设我国第五座南极科考站。今天（2月6日）的《新春走基层》，我们跟随总台南极随队记者一起去那里看看发生的故事。</p>

<p>这几天，罗斯海新站的建设进入到了幕墙板安装的关键时期，就在工程进展一切顺利的时候，天气预报显示，一场12级的飓风即将来袭。建设者必须在飓风来临前完成迎风面的封闭，否则已经安装好的墙板都有被吹飞的风险，这个过程至少需要3天的时间，但留给大家的时间窗口只有10个小时。</p>
<p>秦川负责高空安装作业，每次固定幕墙板都要把手套摘下来套螺帽，这个过程只有短短的几十秒。</p>

<p>晚上10时，极昼的南极阳光依旧明媚，风速达到了6级，大部分的施工作业都已经完成了。在施工现场，还有40多名建设者没有离去，他们即将迎接更大的挑战。</p>
<p>在B区的迎风面，还有3块板没来得及安装，40多名建设者分成5队，用牵引绳控制幕墙板的轨迹。</p>
<p>800多斤的幕墙板在大风的作用下就像飘在空中的树叶，非常难以控制。此时，现场的风力已经增加到了8级，气温骤降。</p>

<p>凌晨0时30分，最后一块板终于顺利安装到位了，新站迎风面实现了全封闭。</p>
<p>就在施工作业全部完成之后的几个小时，12级的飓风来了。时速120公里的飓风裹挟着地面的积雪掀起了漫天的迷雾，能见度不足5米。</p>

<p>在12级的飓风中，内部施工恢复了，建设者排成一排，拉着一根绳子，往返于工地和宿舍之间。</p>
<p>在经历了72小时飓风的连续冲击之后，新站依然毫发无损地屹立在南极罗斯海！</p>
