<p>位于张江科学城的长三角国家技术创新中心布局建设了近百家专业院所，记者调研时看到，不时有企业前来对接项目。从事化学纤维制造业的杨卫忠就在这里找到了一项关键技术的解决办法，更让他期待的是，接下来双方还会联合培养人才，共同发力生物基材料等新领域。</p>

<p>面对创新力量不足的短板，苏州正在围绕25个细分领域的产业集群，加快布局以基础研究为基底的创新体系。在苏州高新区的光子产业专班，记者发现，这里的工作人员来自多个部门。经发委负责凝练企业共性需求，科创局负责寻找创新源头，多部门联手推动科研成果转化为技术和产品，高效联动的产学研转化机制，吸引了近百家顶尖院所前来落户。</p>

<p>苏州高新区科技创新局副局长 孙逸馨：我们今年也是布局了概念验证中心，帮助很多的团队能够把自己的一些概念设计转到产品，甚至是最终再往这个商品去做转化。</p>

<p>今年，还会有大科学装置和国家实验室落地苏州。针对基础研究较为薄弱、企业创新效率不高等瓶颈，江苏省也启动了基础研究三年行动方案，实施新一轮创新型领军企业培育行动，全方位布局科技创新平台，打造原始创新的策源地。</p>
