<p>这几天，一列装有约2200吨乌兹别克斯坦钾肥的中欧班列抵达中哈（连云港）物流合作基地。通过“零等待”“零污染”“零货损”的转关监管模式，这批货物第一时间搭乘连云港海运班轮发往东南亚。</p>

<p>在连云港，中亚国家连上了从太平洋扬帆起航的出海口。如今，乌兹别克斯坦等国化肥经由连云港发往日本、韩国和东南亚等国已成为常态。哈萨克斯坦过境中国进口的日用消费品以及出口的矿产品、粮食等优势贸易商品，80%以上也通过连云港口岸集散分拨。</p>

<p>2022年，中亚五国经由中哈（连云港）物流合作基地过境和进出口的集装箱达51854标箱，同比增长11%。过境货品种类从最初的汽车配件、电子元器件，扩大到建材、家居、机电、粮食、矿产、化工材料等众多领域。国际集装箱在连云港的过境时间也由原来4天以上缩短至1天以内。</p>

<p>如何进一步发挥国际过境中转港优势，提高物流效率？在数字化调度中心，位于东部出海口的连云港与万里之外的哈萨克斯坦霍尔果斯—东门无水港实现实时信息共享、业务联动，中哈合作伙伴能及时了解彼此动向，提高作业效率。借助智能化远程操控系统，中哈（连云港）物流合作基地集装箱装卸作业效率也得到明显提升。</p>

<p>携手同样位于连云港的上合组织国际物流园，中哈（连云港）物流合作基地大宗物资仓储、分拨、中转能力持续增强。目前，从中哈（连云港）物流合作基地和上合组织（连云港）国际物流园开出的中欧班列，已实现对中亚地区主要站点全覆盖。未来，连贯东西的新亚欧陆海联运通道将更加畅通高效。</p>

<p><strong style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; font-weight: bold;">连云港中哈国际物流有限公司总经理 左学梅：</strong>一是放大中哈合作优势，推动哈国铁路搭建统一的业务平台；二是拓展班列双向货源，利用RCEP经贸合作机遇，开发中亚和日韩、东南亚间双向国际中转，稳固中亚五国的班列通道，做优亚欧双向的过境通道，争取国际班列（全年）开行750列以上；三是拓展合作新领域、新空间，加强与哈萨克斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦商务对接，配合做好宽轨车板、铁路笼车运输、中吉乌通道等项目推进。</p>
