<p>维权60余天后，黄圣依、杨子“1·16腊肉直播事件”终于迎来新进展，王玲在收到上海市公安局闵行分局寄来的立案书后，又等来了好妈妈影视发展有限公司的六名工作人员被刑事拘留的消息。</p>

<p>据王玲介绍，目前好妈妈影视发展有限公司共开设过三场直播，全国受骗商家高达200多户，黄圣依、杨子、李彩桦、麦家琪、许华升、覃进展、尼克杨、衣哥等多位明星、网红曾参加过直播带货，商户被骗金额约3000多万元。“具体跟他们有没有关系，他们说了不算的，立案后警方都会调查，看一下事实到底是什么，后期也肯定是会公布出来的。”</p>
<p><strong>立案调查 六名主要嫌疑人已被刑事拘留</strong></p>
<p>2024年1月5号，王玲与晟宸泽传媒公司签订直播协议。王玲提供产品，晟宸泽开展多轮直播售卖，并承诺邀请明星、网红助力站台。届时，王玲只需交10万元坑位费，就可最少保底得到140万元实际销售额。直播结束后还将杨子、黄圣依和覃进展三人与产品同框带货的授权切片视频免费赠送王玲，以便持续宣传产品。</p>

<p>满怀期待的王玲并未想到，1月16日直播当天，杨子、黄圣依并未依照合同内容所写的与产品同框，产品仅在覃进展一人的匆匆介绍下，不足两分钟便被替换。王玲备足的价值170万元腊肉，以戏剧性的仅售1单收尾。疑惑和愤怒之下，王玲赶至晟宸泽与好妈妈影视公司的办公地，却发现早已人去楼空。</p>
<p>“1单腊肉”事件发生后，迅速引发舆论发酵。杨子、黄圣依、覃进展分别发布公开声明表示该事件与自己无关，好妈妈影视公司法人李某、晟宸泽公司负责人汤某也在接受大象新闻记者采访或在商家直播中相继发声，认为该事件自己无责。王玲等60余名商家决定报警，无奈走上了维权之路。</p>

<p>3月21日，上海市公安局闵行分局向王玲寄出《上海市公安局闵行分局立案告知书》，文件内容显示：你于2024年1月23日向我局(报案、控告、举报)的上海闵行好妈妈影视发展有限公司涉嫌合同诈骗案，经我局审查，认为符合刑事立案条件，根据《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百一十二条之规定，已决定立案，特此告知。</p>

<p>警方出示的立案告知书</p>
<p>3月26日，大象新闻在上海市公安局办案进展系统查询得知，汤某、孟某、王某等六名涉事公司的工作人员已被刑事拘留。同日，办案民警在受骗商家微信群内发布通知，“向大家通报一下，昨天我们对涉案团伙开展收网打击，在上海，安徽，河南抓获多名嫌疑人，现在主要人员已刑事拘留。目前正全力追赃挽损，一句话：退赃退赔，从轻减轻。”</p>
<p><strong>并案处理 多名明星网红牵涉其中</strong></p>
<p>维权取得初步进展，但王玲却逐渐还原了另一个让她意外的事实：自己的经历或许并非首例。</p>
<p>据她了解，好妈妈影视公司共开展过3场类似的直播。其中2023年10月22日的许华升、李彩桦、尼克场次，2023年12月6日的麦家琪、衣哥场次，均与自己被骗的2024年1月16日杨子、黄圣依场次，操作模式如出一辙。</p>

<p>“这三场直播，其实都是诈骗。他们以相同的作案手法进行了三场直播，一共有200多个商家被骗，金额高达3000多万。前期的商家甚至都不知道他们是诈骗，如果说我们第三场没有把这个事情曝光的话，他们还准备做第四场。目前警方已经对这三起诈骗案件，进行并案处理了。”王玲表示。</p>
<p>对于牵涉其中的多位明星网红对该诈骗行为是否知情，王玲选择了等待，“他们有没有参与其中，有没有知道是诈骗这些事情现在还不好说，后面肯定还是会有一个结果。公安办案需要一个过程，我相信后期肯定是会公布出来。”</p>
